Turnaround Times & Parts Availability

Turnaround times for pre-order products are dependent on the availability of necessary parts and the processing times of our vendors. Estimated turnaround times will be provided on each product page; however, these are subject to change based on supplier constraints, unforeseen delays, or other external factors. We will make every effort to communicate any significant changes to expected delivery timeframes.

Once all required parts are in hand, please allow an additional two weeks for order processing, assembly, and quality control before shipment.

For pre-orders involving complete products sourced from third-party vendors, turnaround times will vary based on the vendor’s fulfillment schedule. We do not have direct control over these timelines, but we will provide updates as information becomes available.

Pre-Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Cancelable & Non-Refundable Orders:

Once parts have been ordered for your pre-order product, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. This policy ensures that we can fulfill all orders efficiently and avoid disruptions caused by supply chain dependencies.

Cancellations Prior to Parts Ordering:

If a cancellation request is made before we have placed orders for the necessary parts, a 10% cancellation fee of the total transaction amount will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs. If a credit card or debit card was used to make a purchase, an additional 3% fee will be charged to cover card transaction fees, for a total cancellation fee of 13%. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
