Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws. If an order is placed for a restricted product, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of the order. In cases where a magazine or accessory is restricted in your jurisdiction, we will remove the restricted item(s) from the shipment and the remainder of the order will be fulfilled. No refunds or substitutions will be provided for removed items.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Estimated processing and shipping times are provided on each product page but are subject to change based on demand, supply chain constraints, and vendor delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Non-pre-order products and non-firearms may be eligible for return or refund within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.
• ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL.
• Pre-orders are subject to the Pre-Order Policy and may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once parts have been ordered.
• If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
